There is a wall-mounted Smart TV and plenty of sofa searching to enjoy relaxing downtime when at home. The couch opens to a sofa bed and a chair that folds out into a sleeping cot for additional and flexible sleep space. - The dining area features a table to seat 4 comfortably for enjoying meals at home. Plus 2 extra bar seats at the breakfast bar and a built-in bench under the window! The shelves contain board games and fun things to enjoy during your stay. - A newly remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances with everything you could possibly need to whip up a healthy home-cooked meal. - Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly workspace in the home (one room has a desk) for longer stays or the remote worker. - This 896 sq. ft. | 83 sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full brand new bathroom, Jack-n-Jill style in the middle of the rooms with their own entrances, to accommodate 4 guests as such: BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed with memory foam mattress BEDROOM 2: 1 Double/full bed and a desk LIVING ROOM 1: 1 Sofabed (and extra cot/chair bed) - A large covered front porch with 2 seats and a table to enjoy some time outdoors, maybe with a cocktail or your morning coffee & a good book. - Washer and dryer in the basement of the home free to use (shared w/upstairs unit). - 2 free parking spaces on the street in front of the house. (The driveway is for the upstairs tenants) The shared spaces (w/upstairs tenants): - The backyard with 2 patio chairs and a small table to use - The basement where the washer and dryer are located Guest Access: You can self check in using the electronic keypad at the front door. Access codes are always sent within 24 hours of your arrival. There is a local RTA bus line within walking distance to the property as well, in walking distance you’ll find a few grocery & convenience stores, fast food/diner type eateries. Other Things to Note: Guests staying 21 days or longer will have an additional $49 cleaning fee. Please note guests must climb a few stairs to access the front door/porch area. *VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: When you bathe or shower, please leave the bathroom window 1/2 -to- 2/3 open and leave it open for 20-30 minutes after your bath or shower too. This will ensure there's no accumulation of moisture on the bathroom ceiling & walls as condensation creates stains. PLEASE BE SURE TO DO THIS EVERY TIME or an additional charge will incur. Even in cold weather, the shower/bathroom will keep you warm (we promise!). Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, books, board games, and a bluetooth speaker and a high-chair (if needed!) are provided free for guests during your stay. And there's free street parking all year round. (*Please note, the driveway is for the upstairs tenants only. Thank you!) We do provide some complimentary basic essentials as well, upon arrival to help you get started like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the bathrooms. And trash bags for each trash bin, and some laundry and dishwasher soap. Please note, these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas. We are not responsible for nor will we ship/mail any items left behind at the property, so please be sure to triple check you haven't left anything behind! HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - No pets allowed onsite, in common areas, or in the yard/exterior of the property. Interaction with Guests: You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and its large front porch/veranda during your stay. The shared areas (with upstairs unit) of the home are: the backyard and the basement with washer and dryer area. You’ll have complete privacy in your apartment.
