Critical entertainment sites located within a 15-20 minute drive of the property:  AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags over Texas, FTW Stockyards, Dickies Arena, Fort Worth Zoo, Fort Worth Botanical and water gardens, Amon Carter Art Museum, TCU campus.   Critical business sites located within 15-20 minutes drive of the property include: Fort Worth Convention Center, Arlington Convention Center, DFW Airport and Downtown Fort Worth, 25 minutes to Downtown Dallas.   The Space: The space is a great private space with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is an open floor plan fully stocked kitchen with dishes, a fridge, stove and microwave.  The 4 bedrooms comes with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin bedroom sets.  The living area also has a  sofa bed for additional sleeping space. This property was recently fully refurnished with new appliances and finish outs. Entertainment options include Roku TV, Disney plus and Netflix via 2 Roku TV's. Free, safe, parking in the driveway and street side. Additional house rules and fees: No shoes in the house Keep noise to a minimum after 8pm. Unauthorized house parties are strictly prohibited. If we find the guest has hosted an unauthorized party, a $500 fee will be applied as well as any additional cleaning fees from our cleaners.  If you would like to have any additional guests over to the house please contact us first. Smoking anywhere on the premises (indoor/outdoor) is strictly prohibited. If we find that a guest has been smoking on the premises a $200 fee will be applied as well as any additional cleaning fees from our cleaners.  A lost TV remote will result in a $25 lost remote fee.  Four vehicle maximum.  A $100 fee for violation. There is an additional $15 pet fee charged, per day. While pets are allowed at this house, we ask that you please keep them off the beds and furniture and any pet messes left in the backyard are picked up and disposed of properly.  Let us know if you need early check-in or late check-out and we will try and accommodate if we can. We charge $25 per hour before or after our normal check-in or out times of 11am and 4pm. There is a $75 minimum fee. Lost items - While we are not responsible for guests personal belongings, we will certainly do our best to try and return lost items to their owners.
