Take a short drive to Murramarang National Park; a very unique Coastal Park a must for Nature Lovers. Other National Parks only a short drive away include the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain. Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays. There is a range of farm animals including Alpaca's, Deer and Sheep to keep the children entertained. South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters, only 30 minutes drive from Bawley Point. Just 30 minutes drive west, is Clyde River Berry Farm, Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey. Bawley Point Beaches. Some of the best on the Coast! BAWLEY BEACH is protected by the large southern headland (Bawley Point) which features two popular surf breaks. On the northern protected side of the point there is a jetty and a boat ramp great for fishing and paddling. The break near the jetty is called Guillotines and is popular with body boarders. CORMORANT BEACH backs onto a small area of wetlands is a short pet friendly beach, perfect for walking the dog and going for a dip. You can also walk around the northern headland at low tide to access neighbouring Bawley Beach. Dogs are allowed to run off-leash on this beach 24-7 GANNET BEACH is a short beach in Bawley Point south of Jurwin Head which is great for snorkelling and surfing. It is accessible from Malibu Drive at various points along the beach. The beach is often quiet but attracts crowds in summer for its beauty and sometimes smaller waves. Please note: This property is self-contained but not serviced. Linen, sheets, towels, toiletries etc are not provided. Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
