## Space Welcome to Villa Coccinelle! Spacious property nestled in the heights of Mont-Saint Clair with an unobstructed view. It benefits from all the necessary comforts to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends. A brief tour of the property: First of all, the outside environment benefits from a clear view and a sea view. The outside terrace has a table for 8 people in the shade of the parasol, as well as two lounge areas near the gas plancha. There is also plenty of space in the garden to relax in the shade of the trees. The swimming pool is fully fenced and perfectly exposed, and is equipped with four sunbeds and an outdoor lounge for sunbathing in peace and quiet by the water. There are several outdoor areas for you to enjoy in the early evening. Once in the villa, you will appreciate its coolness thanks to its air conditioning in the bedrooms and main rooms, ideal during hot weather. You will find a beautiful open kitchen equipped with all the necessary comforts (American fridge, dishwasher, ovens, induction hobs, coffee machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, TV) as well as a kitchen island ideal for nibbling or having breakfast. A wine cellar is also at your disposal and we can offer you, at an additional cost, a tasting of regional organic wines. A pleasant and comfortable living room with a view of the sea, equipped with a sofa for four people, two armchairs and a large flat screen TV, will allow you to relax after a day of excursions or an afternoon at the beach. The four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for cool nights. They have plenty of storage space. Three rooms have double beds and one room has a single bed for your children. One of the double bedrooms also has an adjoining room with a single bed. Finally, the villa has a bathroom with double washbasin and Italian shower as well as a bathroom with bath and washbasin. It also has two toilets. It is waiting for you! ## Access Parking for 2 vehicles and street parking available. 15 minutes from Sète train station by car. 45 minutes from Montpellier airport (transfer possible on request) ## Interaction The Charles Osborn concierge will be present to welcome you. A private concierge will be available during your holiday to answer all your requests (transport, reservations, home cooking, outdoor activities, shopping delivery, etc.) ## Neighborhood The villa La Coccinelle is located 15 minutes walk from the Lazaret beach and 20 minutes from the Corniche beach (see aerial view) The town centre is accessible by car in less than 10 minutes A shopping centre is 5 minutes away by car The corniche square is also less than 20 minutes away on foot with many shops: bakery, butcher's shop, organic shop, wine shop, fish shop, mini-market and restaurants such as "Le petit Bistro". Two Michelin-starred restaurants are less than 15 minutes away by car: La Coquerie and The Marcel. ## Transit Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France train station 50 minutes away.
