They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Espinho is a city located in both the Greater Porto and the Metropolitan Area of Porto, 16 km from its city center. Popular surfing destination with big whitecap waves of the ocean. Lots of fresh and delicious seafood restaurants along the coastline are provided by local fishermen. ## Transit Train station (2 minutes walking) ## Notes Before your check-in, we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending availability. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
