Come and enjoy a stay in the heart of nature in this superb new chalet, located in Puyvalador, in the Eastern Pyrenees, in the middle of the Capcir. The chalet can accommodate up to 10 people and is composed of a large living room with a sitting area around the wood stove, an open equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Nice terrace and large garden open to the nature. Ski resort at 2 km. Outdoor parking. Sheets and towels provided for stays of 7 nights or more, optional for stays of less than 7 nights. Ideal for a relaxing stay in summer and winter! On the ground floor: - Entrance with storage space for sled or skis - Living room of about 30 m² with : Lounge area with sofa, TV, wood stove. Firewood is provided. Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped : fridge, oven, microwave, hotplates, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine... The chalet does not have a dishwasher. Dining table and benches for 10 guests - Room 1 : double bed 160 x 200 cm - Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer On the first floor: Accessible by a wooden staircase, you will find two large bedrooms of 22 and 27 m². - Room 2 : double bed 160 x 200 cm, sofa bed. - Bedroom 3 : double bed 160 x 200 cm, sofa bed. - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, towel dryer Outside : - Covered terrace of about 10 m², facing east, with barbecue and garden furniture, from where you can enjoy a superb view of the lake and the mountain. - Unfenced garden, open to the surrounding nature - Outdoor parking in front of the chalet Neighborhood: The chalet is located in an extremely quiet subdivision. Many farms are nearby, with the possibility of buying products directly from the producers. - Formiguères at 4 km : bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, tobacconist's shop, bicycle rental, ski equipment, restaurants, bar, tourist office. - Les Angles at 10 km : shops, Angleo Spa, lake of Matemale, animal park of Les Angles en Capcir... Activities : In summer: hiking and biking, water activities around the lake of Puyvalador, fishing, Lou bac in Les Angles, animal park, caves of Fontrabiouse, leisure center of the lake of Matemale, swimming pool and spa in Formiguères...
