Villa Guidi is a splendid luxury villa in Cervia-Milano Marittima, just 150 metres from the sea and very close to all the attractions of this town on the Riviera Romagnola. This property is one of a kind and is recognizable by its modern, refined style. The bright spacious interior can host up to 10 people, thanks to its 5 bedrooms and various common areas. This prestigious villa will allow you to spend a relaxing holiday, thanks to the large swimming pool, relaxation areas and furnished terrace. It is the ideal solution both for families and for groups of friends travelling together; in fact, in Cervia-Milano Marittima you will find all kinds of amenities and entertainment such as excellent restaurants, famous discos and well-equipped bathing establishments. All useful telephone numbers will be sent together with your booking documents. Interior: The villa has three floors connected by stairs and also lift. On the ground floor are two large bright living areas, each consisting of a sitting room, dining area and kitchen. On this floor is also a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Two large staircases lead up to the first floor with four double bedrooms (two with divisible bed), each with en-suite bathroom (two with shower, one with shower and tub with hydromassage, one with tub with hydromassage). In three of the double bedrooms are walk-in closets. On this floor is access to a large terrace of about 75 sq m overlooking the garden and equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs. In the basement is a bathroom with shower, with a beautiful sauna, and a large laundry room. This floor also leads to the large garage, inside which is a fitness area with gym equipment, a treadmill and an exercise bike. Park: The completely fenced-in outdoor area, of about 1500 sq m, is characterized by a splendid well-kept garden surrounded by lush vegetation. In the part in front of the villa, in correspondence with the two living rooms, is an outdoor dining and sitting area where guests can enjoy pleasant breakfasts or splendid dinners. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is located in a sunny position not far from the villa, just a few metres from the outdoor dining and sitting area. The tiled rectangular pool, measuring 9 x 7,5 m with a constant depth of 1,50 m, has chlorine purification and large steps for access to the water. Inside the pool is a hydromassage tub. In the extensive lawn area surrounding the pool are numerous sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
