River guest house with jacuzzi and boat hire

A modern cozy guest house for 2 Adults, located by The River Thames on a private Island. This is a tranquil and peaceful setting - no parties allowed or extra guest. Available on pre arranged request 24hrs required - Jacuzzi (£30 per day) - Self drive day boat hire available upon request £30 per hour or £100 per day access through locks up river (Windsor, bray) and down river (staines, Shepperton, Chertsey). The boat will need to be back before dusk. This is the perfect spot for easy access to Windsor and London with just a short drive from Heathrow Airport. Ascot, Kempton Park and Windsor racecourses are close by as well as an easy drive to Legoland, Liquid Leisure and Thorpe Park. Large bedroom with en-suite with a spacious open-plan sitting room/kitchenette. Roller blinds on the doors to give you privacy during your stay. With the option of Jacuzzi hire for £30 per/day. The space: MayGrove Riverside Guest House Retreat has direct parking spaces and room for 1 - 2 cars comfortably. Steps leading up to the large decking area surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants. Front door from the decking leads into the open plan living room and kitchenette. Kitchenette: Microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and portable hob. You will also find a range of essentials such as crockery, toaster, kettle, microwave with complementary tea and coffee. No oven or sink. (Place used cutlery on the side of the work tops) The gym equipment: Power plate and cable machine must stay in situ due to the size and is not for guest use. There is a 50inch smart TV with Netflix, Alexa and Freeview all built in. Bedroom: In the bedroom you will find a large king size bed. Bathroom: Modern shower-room and a toilet, basin with a cabinet, a towel rail and a range of soaps and shampoo with fluffy bath towels. Modern Adax Electric heating in all the rooms. Outside: The guest house has its own private decked courtyard surrounded by palm trees with a secluded comfortable outdoor seating area to relax amongst the greenery. The use of Jacuzzi at £30/day. Usage times are 10am-10.00pm (cut off time due to neighbours). Organise prior to your stay so the jacuzzi is hot and ready on your arrival. Payment made upfront. The slat fencing and palm trees give you a private and secluded area to kick back and relax. As you can see the house is undergoing a new redesign and phase one of the build is underway.
