Gorgeous apartment in Alges with Rooftop Pool

## Space Welcome to our home! From gorgeous views to artsy décor, everywhere you look is a feast for your eyes. The living room is furnished with an L-shaped and 2-seater sofa set, along with a flat screen TV for your comfort and entertainment. On its right opens up to our balcony, with a view of the horizon for when you want to relax outdoors. On the left, is the dining area with 6 chairs. We have also prepared a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, cookware etc. For your perusal. Our home has only 1 bedroom and fits 2 perfectly, however if needed, the sofa also pulls out to a bed that will fit 2 more! The bathroom is stylish with wooden fixings and a glass screen. It has a sink, a bathtub with a showerhead. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! We hope you have a fantastic stay! =) ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! ## Neighborhood Located just next to the Alges station, our apartment is the perfect place to stay if you are looking explore the area. With restaurants all around the area, and attractions like Jerónimos Monastry, Museu de Marinha and more just minutes away, it’s the perfect spot for a getaway. You have a supermarket (Minipreço) just 1 minute away. Do you know NOS Festival? well this is the perfect spot to stay and not worry about getting home after a long funny night as you will be only 7 minutes walking distance away ;) ## Transit The Alges Station is located just by the property and is very convenient for travelling and exploration. Alternatively, you could also get a taxi to get to places with no stations nearby. ## Notes Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 has a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Free Wifi Ref.
