Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This spacious, detached group house is located directly at the slopes and within walking distance of the familiar and famous village of Rauris. From your own Villa for You house, you can leave with your skis on for a wonderful active day in the snow. At the end of the day, with a satisfied feeling, how wonderful is it to take off your ski boots and place them on the ski boot warmers in the ski storage, for the next day? The house has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts you need to experience a relaxing holiday feeling. In terms of layout, this house is very suitable for multiple families. The house consists of three levels. The ground floor has a cozy living room / dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walkthrough bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom. On the first floor there is a second living room with a fireplace and a cosy seating area where you can enjoy a board game or a snack and a drink by the crackling fire. This room gives access to 2 large terraces with breathtaking views of the slopes. Also on this floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On -1 level there is a bedroom for 3 persons, a walk-through room for 2 persons and a bathroom where the washing machine and dryer are. In the garage there are 2 parking spaces available. So shovelling your car out is not necessary here. The skiing area of Rauris, on the flanks of the Schwarzwand (2194 m), has just over 30 kilometres of slopes. The skiing areas of Kaprun and Gastein are also easily accessible from Rauris. At the end of the Rauriser valley, near Kolm Saigurn, you can do wonderful tour skiing and ice climbing around the Hohen Sonnblick (3106 m).
