The “S’Abba and Sa Pedra” complex hosts two beautiful and large swimming pools (one for adults and one for the kids) and is just 2 km from Golfo Aranci centre, 8 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from Olbia (port and airport). Two sandy beaches are just in front of the complex, while Baia Caddinas beach is also very close, within walking distance (200 meters). It has a magnificent view of the island of Tavolara and a wonderful garden surrounding it. This spacious apartment is located just 50 meters from the sea in the tourist complex with a pool of S Abba and Sa Pedra. The apartment is 130 square meters and consists of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (one triple with a double and a single bed, a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom) 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine, small covered porch and parking. You can also use for free 2 deck chairs of the pool of the resort. It doesn’t have a sea view, being in the third row. It can accommodate up to seven people. The apartment also have free internet wi.fi Two small sandy beaches are within walking distance from the resort, while the largest and equipped beach of Caddinas Bay is only 200 meters far. Right next to the village two small coves with fine white sand are within walking distance. The nearest equipped beach is less than 5 minutes walk – 200 meters – and is directly accessible from the village. N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is established on 1st May but may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions. The pool closes on October 30th. Small pets are allowed.
