## Space Situated on a quiet leafy street, near Gladstone Park, its location is great for access into central London or events at Wembley. Downstairs is open-plan; combining kitchen, dining and living areas. The living area is well lit from a skylight and large crittall-style doors to the back garden. It has a super-comfortable sofa and smart TV (Netflix, Amazon etc which you can log in to). The kitchen is brand-new and contains everything you need to prepare meals - and there is a dining table where 4 people can comfortably eat. Upstairs you'll find 2 double bedrooms with built-in cupboards and a shared shower-room. Beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to maximise your comfort. Free WiFi is provided as well as a Tassimo coffee maker with free pods. Access to the apartment is through the main-house front door. The front door and hallway are the only areas that you share with the owners. The photos show a room with a bar - this is in the main house and if the owners are around, they will invite you over for a welcome drink. We hope you have an amazing stay! ## Access There is plenty of parking space available on the driveway, the local bus is 2 minutes walk and 2 tube stations are around 10 minutes walking distance. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Lovely, quiet neighbourhood, all family homes, very close to Gladstone park. ## Transit Tube stations Dollis Hill and Willesden Green are 10 mins walk away. We are 2 stops from Wembley. Cricklewood train station is 15 mins walk. 226 bus stops are 2 minutes from the house. ## Notes GuestReady follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect the GuestReady standard check-in times. There is a charge of £50 for each set of lost keys. For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If the GuestReady team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 to cover the extra cleaning and restoration costs. GuestReady do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
