Weekly and monthly discounts are shown, if applicable. We are not able to provide additional discounts. - AVAILABILITY: Our calendar is up to date and accurate. If your requested dates are showing as available, you are welcome to proceed with your booking! - EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. - CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason. -Check-in time is 4:00pm. If an early bag drop is needed message us in advance. Some limited exceptions. -Check-out time is 10:00am. -Please place trash in trash bins located on the right side of the house. -Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and run upon departure. -Place all dirty linens in baskets located in closets. -Please ensure that HVAC is returned to 69 degrees during winter season and 74 degrees during summer season. -The driveway has plenty of parking space for you and your guests. -Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed. Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises. Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition. Respect thy home and neighbors. Enjoy - have a blast!
