The house is ideally set up for two families with open plan living space and bedrooms at either end of the house. There is an additional kids retreat so all 'generations' can be entertained without disturbing each other. The 'Basin' is a short, easy walk away for swimming, canoeing or any water play that takes your interest. With a double garage for guest use and tons of driveway space, you could bring your boat or other water toys without issue. OUTSIDE Undercover outdoor dining area perfect for those summer BBQs with a table that seats 8 and in winter there is a firepit to enjoy. LINEN Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. PETS This property is NOT suitable for pets. OTHER Double garage and 3 extra spaces off site available for guest use. Laundry available for guest use with washing machine and dryer. SECURITY BOND A bond of $750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners). ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests. PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond. RATES & AVAILABILITY The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
