It is a really nice apartment with great view into green surrounding, huge terrase and a nice garden. The large window front lets a lot of light into the apartment. It has its own meditarrian atmosphere. Of course, the apartment is very quiet. The position is traffic-technically very favorable, because the apartment is very near to the S8 railway station (like tube) of the airport line and from this station it takes only 15 minutes to the city center (station is called “Englschalking”). From the apartment to the S8 railway station it takes you approx. 5-10 minutes according to speed. In addition there is also a U-Bahn station and several bus lines close to the apartment. With the construction and the equipment of the apartment it was paid attention to the fact, that no pollutant-containing materials are used and the mattresses of the beds are new and protected against mites. Terrass with garden There are food stores within walking distance to the flat, but there is no dryer available or cloth washer, but if needed you can use another one in our house at the same place.
