## Space The apartment is brand new, very comfortable and bright and is ideal to accommodate families or couples for up to 4 guests. It is composed of a main room with the kitchen and the living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Please note the flat is located on the 5th floor of a building without any elevator. The kitchen is equipped with a table and three stools, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a washing machine, electric hob, pots, plates, cutlery. In the living room you will find a sofa, and a flat screen TV, and you will have free Wifi. The bathroom is composed of a toilet, a shower and a sink. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! ## Access You will have access to the whole flat ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! ## Neighborhood The 7th arrondissement is part of the heart of Lyon, it consists of different districts and points of interest: Gerland: Formerly the sports center of Lyon, the district of Gerland aims to expand its green areas and its park to enjoy an important plant presence. The stadium of Gerland is being renovated to make it a real sports parks more urban. But the main advantage of this district is its economic pole with more than 2,000 companies installed which makes it a privileged location for the world leaders in life sciences with the presence of the largest laboratories and biotechnology industries. La Halle Tony Garnier: A large auditorium hosting artists from all over the world, it is one of the largest auditoriums in France that can accommodate 17,000 people. Jean Macé: The most important area of the 7th district, the commercial activity there is growing, it is a neighborhood where it is good to live, very close to the center and both eccentric to benefit from a little quiet. You will find the market every Wednesday morning. La Guillotière: the Chinatown of Lyon, you will find many shops and Asian restaurants. But this area which is also known for its banks of the Rhone and its many barges, which make it a very pleasant place when the beautiful days arrive where all the Lyonnais meet. ## Transit Garibaldi (metro line D) at 150m ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
