About this space Palmer House is a perfectly located basement flat. It is easily possible to leave London by train at 5 and be enjoying dinner in Ryde 2 or 3 hours later. We are only minutes walk from the Hovercraft or the dry end of the pier. Both easy access to London. If you are on foot the main bus station is 2 minutes away as is the beach. Cyclists often come for a weekend and we are the perfect starting point for this. The flat is stylish and modern. My little haven from mainland life. You will love it. The space Entering the flat from the rear of the grand Victorian property down a short flight of steps into a hall. To the left is a new shower room and toilet plus small store room for your baggage. Round to the right leads down to the living space. On the right a comfortable living room and dining room. With TV, games console and my small but eclectic record collection for you to discover. Please respect these records as they damage easily. On the left the double bedroom with new ensuite. Between these two rooms is the small but well appointed kitchen. Outside there is a sunny gravelled area with a bistro table and chairs (kept inside the store room) for eating outside if desired. This is accessed through a gate and outside the dining room window. Guest access Palmer House is one street back from the main Esplanade in Ryde with all the amenities very close by. Eating out, public transport and miles of sandy beaches. Other things to note The property is professionally managed and cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide a small starter pack of consumables to get you going.
