We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment. - We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. - If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This modernly furnished chalet with enclosed terrace and jetty offers everything for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Want to go for a swim? From the terrace you step right into the water and via the swimming ladder you can easily climb out again. From the terrace you can keep an eye on the children. The wooden fence is about 80cm high. After a day on the road you can relax on your private terrace on the water. There is a picnic bench / table and from April 1 to October 31, adjustable garden chairs. The chalet is fully equipped. You prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen and on the sofa enjoy your favorite TV programs or a good book. If you are looking for peace and relaxation on, on and around the water, this is absolutely the right place. The water in front of the house has a direct connection with the Loosdrecht lakes, a great location. You are surrounded by water and there are plenty of opportunities to explore the watery environment. For example, rent a sloop, canoe or SUP to discover the lakes. You will find numerous moorings in harbors and restaurants where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner on a terrace overlooking the water. Outside Breukelen the water experience does not end. The Vinkeveense and Maarsseveensche Plassen are also very beautiful recreational areas. Of course it is no less enjoyable from the water's edge. Take a bike or skate ride along the Vecht and pass beautiful country houses, castles and villages like Loenen aan de Vecht. Breukelen is inviting and very centrally located in the Netherlands, so you're also in Utrecht or Amsterdam in no time. You can bring your own boat here and moor it at your accommodation (please reserve the slipway in advance). At the reception you can also rent bikes, boats, water sports equipment and of course local tips about the area. You can park your car in the central area at about 100 meters from your accommodation.
