Situated 30 seconds from Deptford Train Station, and one stop (6 min) from London Bridge. The house is decorated to a very high standard with wooden floors and beautiful furniture, three king size bedrooms, three bathrooms, perfect base for every traveller! The space LIVING AREA The living room is cosy in size and flooded with natural daylight. The seating area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. Relax and enjoy! Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, oven and stove. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 guests. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM Three bedrooms are spacious in size and are all king size beds. The master bedroom also features an en-suite, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. One of the bedrooms has also got a private separate terrace.There are two extra bathrooms fitted with a bath tub and overhead shower, a toilet and a sink. Bathroom essentials are provided, including complimentary initial toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. OUTDOOR AREAS The flat boasts a beautiful private terrace with outdoor seating that you can enjoy. Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves Other things to note Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout. The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Linen for the sofa bed will be provided and left next to it. No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
