## Space Welcome to our home! With double-height ceilings and large rooms, this period school conversion is a piece of history in central London. The apartment has its own private entrance to the flat, and access to a communal roof terrace with views of Tower Bridge, the Shard and the London Eye. It is fully equipped with all you'll need for a comfortable stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. - A living room with a large L-shaped sofa, as well as a comfortable sofa bed to boot. There is also a flat-screen TV is at your disposal. - A fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including, but not limited to, a dishwasher, a fridge, a washing machine, an oven and a stovetop. - 2 bedrooms, both with King-sized beds fitted with quality linens to ensure your comfort, and ample storage space for your belongings. - 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, and another with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms come with a toilet and a sink. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience. Have a lovely stay. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood A lovely neighbourhood, and a heaven for foodies. Only moments away from trendy restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, the flat is just a 5-minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Bermondsey street, and about a 15-20 minutes walk to the Borough, East, and Maltby street markets, Mercato Metropolitano, Elephant & Castle, Southbank, and Tower Bridge. The perfect location for a London Adventure, the neighbourhood is also great for kids with parks and playgrounds nearby. ## Transit Bus stop outside the door to many attractions across london. Rents cycles across the street. 15 min walk to London Bridge and Elephant & Castle stations. ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. You will be required to collect (and return) the keys from a nearby location (18 min walking distance approx). Details will be sent on the day of your check in. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
