## Space Welcome to my home! Designed with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen, relax in this peaceful haven after a long day exploring the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with the cooking utensils and cutlery you'll need to prepare a delicious meal. A washing machine is also available if you need it. There is also a large communal heated outdoor pool where you can enjoy the beautiful summer days (late May-early September). There are 3 bedrooms. The rooms have double beds and single beds respectively. All beds are equipped with hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort. Baby equipment is also available: 1 high chair, 1 cot, and 1 mattress. The house is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Enjoy your stay! ## Access There is a reserved parking space. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The Lodges du Martinet welcome you in an exceptional setting. Calm, tranquility and nature reign supreme. Two charming chalets with different styles await you for a total change of scenery. An outdoor heated swimming pool will allow you to take full advantage of this generous nature by granting you a moment of relaxation and well-being directly from your chalet. Ideally located geographically in the heart of the Jura, you will find most of the tourist sites within a radius of 30km. Arbois, Lons-le-Saunier, Poligny, Salins-Les-Bains, the Haut-Jura (with its ski resorts), and especially at 10min from the Lake of Chalain. The comfort of the equipment and the impeccable maintenance of the chalets have allowed their prefectural classification in the 4 star category. ## Transit As the chalet is located in the countryside, public transport is limited. It is recommended that guests travel around by car. Champagnole - Crotenay Airport is a 12-mins drive from the chalet. ## Notes This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 hrs). No pets allowed. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Ref.
