## Space Flat comprises of; Livingroom, 1 double bedroom, a small second bedroom with single bed, plus mattress that can go on the floor. Bathroom with shower over the bath, kitchen. There is a garden in the back that is free to be used, garden furniture is not owned by us so please take care if using. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Close to: Easter Road, London Road, Leith Walk, Broughton Street. 20 minute walk to Waverley station 5/10 minute walk to the Royal mile Cafes: Red Kite and Polentoni Supermarket; Sainsburys 10min walk (Large Store) Morrisons 20min walk (Large Store) Petrol; Morrisons 7min drive. ## Transit Easy bus routes in and out of town. 26 runs to Tranent (Along East through Portobello, Musselburgh and Prestonpans, and West up to Edinburgh Zoo) Fare's are simply £1.60 for Adults £0.80 for 5-15yr olds, for one single trip. ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
