Modern villa with infinity pool close to the sea

Villa Sofia is a recently renovated luxury villa situated just 5 minutes drive from the beach at Tavronitis. The villa is located in the village of Polemarchi. While temperatures in Crete can get very high during the summer months, Villa Sofia is perfectly positioned on a hill, away from the heat of a city centre. The villa accommodates 8 people comfortably and with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs, it is perfect for 2 families wanting to spend a holiday together. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 master en suite and the other room has 2 singles which can be put together to form a double bed. There is a private bathroom next to this bedroom. Downstairs there is one room with bunk beds and one room with a queen size bed - these rooms share a bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a cot available if required. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Guests have full sole access to the whole house, pool and grounds. We have recently planted a herb garden and several fruit trees which should soon be mature enough for guests to pick their own lemons, peaches, thyme, oregano and more! Free wi-fi is available throughout the villa. There is an outdoor private car parking for 2 cars.
