Villa Bazjaki is situated in a small village of Bazjaki, near Livade opposite Motovun, in central Istria. The stunning views onto the Mirna Valley and Motovun- a medieval town on a hilltop famous for the summer film festival are the house feature. The villa can comfortably accomodate 8 people. The house is a tipical Istrian stone house, it has been renovated using the stones on site. The house is spacious, consisting of four double bedrooms and three bathrooms and a toilet.Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The living area is a spacious open space consisting of large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room. There is a large 4000sqm garden with private, infinity pool ( 9x4m) and large terrace for open air dining and bbq.
