Welcome to the gates of PARIS! I welcome you in my 46 square meters apartment in the heart of Saint-Ouen, located on the first floor, perfect for a stay of 4. It is ideally located near the Grand Parc des Docks and the Château St-Ouen. You will be able to walk in a quiet area and discover the capital thanks to the metro and bus stations nearby! Very good stay ! :) ## Logement Located in Saint-Ouen, the accommodation is warm, well decorated and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a modern kitchen and a nice living room with a sofa bed and a television to relax after an intense day. You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bread toaster, television, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and a small ironing board. The apartment is ideally located near the Island of Vannes (11 min walk), the Castle St-Ouen (7 min walk), and the Grand Parc des Docks (12 min walk). The Sacré-Coeur Basilica is 38 minutes away by bus line 85, the Arc de Triomphe is 35 minutes away by metro line 14-1 and the Eiffel Tower is 45 minutes away by train line C, then bus line 173/274. You will find many shops nearby such as a Franprix at 5 min walk and a Tropic Marché at 6 min walk. The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. ## Emplacement Between the Seine and Plaine-Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen adds to the pleasures of classical tourism an industrial heritage that interests a growing public today. The origin of the name comes from Saint-Ouen, bishop of Rouen, who died in the royal villa of Clippiacum inhabited by Dagobert. At the foot of the fortifications, before the 1914 war, the first ragpickers, the "biffins", settled down, giving the name of "marché au Puces". ## Transports Bus: Lines N44, 173 and 274 (Landy - Jaurès Station): 3 min walk. Lines 137 and 237 (Mairie de Saint-Ouen - Dhalenne Station): 5 min walk. Metro: Lines 13 and 14 (Mairie de Saint-Ouen Station): 6 min walk. From Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport: 25 min by car. From Gare du Nord station : 22 min by car.
