## Space Welcome to Casa Cette! Superb crossing apartment of 156m² with a view on the Sète canal and the Mont Saint-Clair. It offers all the necessary comfort to spend wonderful holidays with family or friends. Small tour of the owner As soon as you enter the premises, you will be charmed by the ochre tint of its walls, giving the apartment a warm and elegant appearance that enhances its design which is both modern and traditional. Opposite and to the right of the entrance, you will find a double living room, consisting of a dining room with a table for 6 people and plenty of storage space to enjoy convivial meals, as well as a spacious living room with a sofa for 8 people, seating and a large flat screen, ideal for relaxing after your excursions. It also offers a breathtaking view of the quays of the port of Sète. On the left, a beautiful kitchen with a huge bay window and all the necessary equipment will allow you to have breakfast and cook while enjoying the pleasant light. It has a table for 6 people, an American refrigerator, an espresso machine, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto a large covered terrace of 30m2, covered with a wooden floor and has an outdoor living room to enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont Saint-Clair. It will be ideal to enjoy a drink in the early evening or practice your sport in the morning. The first room overlooking the docks is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160 cm), flat screen TV, elegant furniture and ample wall storage. Sliding doors give you access to a superb private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a washbasin, a WC and a heated towel rail. The second bedroom, accessible from the dining room, also has a Queen Size bed (160 cm) and a flat screen TV. To its right, a direct access to the terrace (under construction) which offers a splendid view of Mont Saint-Clair. To its left, a large dressing room to store your belongings as well as a private bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, WC and a heated towel rail. Finally, a laundry area and WC accessible from the living room, with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The apartment is equipped with wifi, a giant screen that makes a picture during its standby. Reversible air conditioning in all rooms. ## Access Access to the apartment through a locked main door. An elevator is at your disposal. The apartment is located on the second floor on the left. ## Interaction The Charles Osborn concierge will be there to welcome you. A private concierge will be available during your holidays to answer each of your requests (transport, reservation, home cook, outdoor activities, delivery of groceries etc). ## Neighborhood ## Casa Sète is located 15 minutes by car from the Lazaret beach and 15 minutes by car from the Corniche beach (see photo aerial view). The town centre can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, with many shops nearby: Halles de Sète market, single-price, Sunday flea market. Two restaurants awarded one Michelin star are less than 15 minutes away by car: The Marcel and la Coquerie. ## Transit Montpellier airport and Montpellier Sud de France train station 50 minutes away. Sète train station 10 minutes away (in summer). Airport/station transfer possible on request. Car rental also on request. ## Notes Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
