## Space Welcome to your home! This magnificent Provencal house is located in a quiet and rural area, very close to Aix en Provence (20 minutes away) and at the gateway to the Luberon. The house is situated in the middle of a 1 hectare garden with 50 olive trees, 250 rose bushes and a multitude of rare trees. The terrace is set up in the middle of this haven of peace with a large table and outdoor chairs. You can enjoy a pleasant meal outside with your family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms each with comfortable double beds and quality linen. There is a large dining and living area with comfortable sofas to relax on, a flat screen TV and a beautiful view of the garden! The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and other utilities to provide you with everything you need to prepare delicious home cooked meals! There is also a washing machine at your disposal. You can enjoy the private pool with your family and friends. It's the perfect place to spend a nice relaxing time in the quiet. They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The property is extremely calm and quiet. It is located on the "Wine Road of Provence" hence surrounded by vineyards. The area is absolutely amazing and you can do a lot of wine tasting, shopping in Aix en Provence, it is also very close to amazing places like Luberon and typical villages: Lourmarin, Gordes, Ansouis, Colorado Provencal, etc. It also takes you 30 min to go to the first Calanques/Beaches. ## Transit TGV station in Aix (30 minutes away). Marseille airport 35 minutes. ## Notes NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
