The apartment is located in a very quiet park in Corso Malta, on the second floor of a building without a lift. It welcomes guests with a large tastefully furnished living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a fireplace and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also equipped with a coffee machine and a kettle. The property enjoys a double exposure: a balcony accessible from the second bedroom and a small balcony with table and chairs accessible from the living room that also overlooks the park. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and boasts an en suite bathroom with shower, fitted also with a toilet and a hairdryer.
