Summary: Sea Kissed is a cute timber cottage right on the beach at Culburra Beach and has all you need to unwind from hectic city life. Recently renovated with brand new bathroom including spa bath this cottage sleeps up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms but still has that retro charm of a 50s cottage. Fantastic views over the beach and direct beach access. There is a dedicated kids area with toys and chalk board and their own TV and DVD. Dogs have a ball, property is fully fenced and they are allowed on the beach. The Space: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets single bunk beds so 4 singles in total. All brand new top quality mattresses, pillows, doonas and pillows and linen. There is a dedicated kids area with toys and chalk board and their own TV and DVD, Apple TV and Wi-fi. All the modern conveniences are included including washing machine, dryer and ipod dock and new BBQ. Dogs have a ball, property is fully fenced and dogs are allowed on the beach.. Guest Access: Access is 24 hours and via a keybox. the code will be sent a few days before your trip. The Neighborhood: Only 3 hours from Sydney and located 15 min east of Nowra, Culburra is the perfect destination for a family accommodation or a weekend away. The luxury villa when hired comprises of water on all sides, it's a popular surfing, fishing, kayaking spot and also known for its excellent oysters. This group accommodation in Culburra is a small seaside town and a popular holiday, fishing and surfing location. Local industries include oysters, shrimp, and prawns. It has two surf beaches, Culburra Beach and Warren Beach. The town is flanked by the Crookhaven River to the north and west, and Lake Wollumboola to the south. It is home to the Culburra Dolphins Rugby League team and the Culburra Cougars soccer team.The town also boasts the two closest surf beaches to Nowra and is home to the Culburra Beach and Nowra Surf Club whose a clubhouse is located at the northern end of Warrain Beach. The beaches are patrolled during the summer holiday period, and being located on either side of Penguin Head face in different directions, providing a variety of surf conditions for board riders, swimmers, body surfers and families with young children. A wide variety of fish species is caught on these beaches and from the rocky headlands adjacent to them. Other Things to Note: Linen is included in your stay as are a selection of organic lemon myrtle toiletries and coffee and tea, sugar etc. Interaction with Guests: No guest interaction but we are only a phone call away.
