The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.There’s even a washer if you need it. The bedroom features a comfy double bed (lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat has been professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Alcântara is where the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge leaves land to soar over the Tagus. This bridge is the sister to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, USA. The Alcântara Docks hugging the river, together with the Doca de Santo Amaro, draw weekend and evening crowds to its many restaurants and bars based in former warehouses. On the other side of the highway and train tracks is the rest of this neighborhood, with residential blocks surrounding the new LX Factory. Formerly an industrial site, LX Factory sprung up with artists' studios, quirky shops, cafes, restaurants and performance space. It's easy to discover new books at Ler Devagar, dine at the Cantina and shop at the biologic supermarket Brio. A little further away is Alto de Santo Amaro, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Lisbon, with friendly streets and sites easy to discover. ## Transit My home is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest train station, Alcantara-Terra (Line: Red) is 10 mins away on foot. The next train station, Santos (The Cascais Line) is 13 mins away. The nearest tram stops, Calvário (15E, 18E) and Largo Vitorino Damásio (25E), are both 15 mins away from the flat. Several buses service the area. Lisbon Portela Airport is a 20 mins drive from the apartment. ## Notes Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
