## Space Welcome to my home! Just renovated and adapted to the needs of short or medium-term travelers, this beautiful apartment is located in the 8th arrondissement. It is 32m2 and can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. Relax in the bright living room which has a plush sofa facing a large flat screen cable TV. Large windows line the space that illuminates the room. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cutlery needed to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, microwave and fridge. If you need to eat, there is also a dining area for 2 which allows meals to be shared with your loved ones. The bedroom contains a double bed with an adjoining bathroom. Upon arrival, hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a pleasant sleep. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has all the essentials to cool off, such as a bathtub with a shower, a separate toilet, and a sink. Towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. Cycle path nearby. ## Transit Metro D : Montplaisir-Lumière ## Notes Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation. If you need additional cleaning/linens during your stay (at an additional cost), we are available to respond to your request. Note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Thus, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc ...), we reserve the right to require a deposit of a minimum amount of € 300.
