Villa Ilse is a luxury villa for 5 guests for holidays in Andrano, Southern Salento. The villa is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool with hydromassage, garden and outdoor shower, air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, barbecue, internet, dishwasher, tumble-dryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, alarm system, tv, mosquito nets. The guests have at their disposal 2 bicycles. Pets are not allowed. In the garden there are the characteristic swimming pool with hydromassage, the solarium, the dining area under the beach umbrella, table and chairs, a half bath and the shower. The villa is under majestic ceilings. It consists of a living room with well-equipped kitchenette, sitting room with tv. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with sofa bed. Moreover, there are 2 bathrooms. The surroundings of Villa Ilse in Andrano Villa Ilse is in Adrano, a small but lovely town in Southern Salento, with many amenities. The villa is 3 kilometers away from the sea of Andrano marina with its suggestive Grotta Verde. Moreover, it`s close to Castro, 5 kilometers away, Tricase Porto, 7 kilometers away and Specchia, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, that is only 8 kilometers away. Santa Maria di Leuca is 20 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Mini Pool available from June to September. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
