## Space Very pretty villa offering luxury services in Villeroy with its beautiful garden planted with olive trees and its equipment: heated swimming pool, petanque ground and shaded outdoor living room. Small guided tour of the accommodation : Spacious living room of 60m2 with 8-seater sofa to relax; fully equipped open kitchen fully open to the garden with its bay windows. It is an idyllic setting for your holidays! On the ground floor is the first master suite with large dressing room, flat screen TV and private bathroom open to the garden without vis-à-vis. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (queen size bed and double single bed) opening onto a large terrace and covered outdoor living room; very quiet with a view of the park. The second master suite (queen size bed also) is also very quiet and spacious with a large dressing room and a private bathroom with Italian shower. The house is nicely decorated in a modern industrial style and fully equipped for maximum comfort. Villa Cristal is located 50 meters from a direct access to the park and the beaches. 3 parking spaces secured by a closed gate. We also provide 6 bicycles, games for the swimming pool as well as petanque balls. All sheets and towels are included. We offer you a welcome basket with a bottle of champagne or three bottles of wine, with local products. ## Access Villa Cristal is located at the corner of the villas on the first line overlooking the beach of Villeroy. Just 50 meters from the beaches with direct access to the park and the beaches. 3 parking spaces available and 6 bikes in a closed garage. ## Interaction Reception will be carried out by the staff of the Charles Osborn concierge and they will be available during your stay for any requests, you can also take advantage of the private concierge services. ## Neighborhood The villa is 5 minutes from the beach, accessible on foot or by bike. The shops are less than 10 minutes by car. The bakery is just outside Villeroy, 10 minutes by bike. The beach restaurants are just in front of the villa and the other restaurants next to the hotel a little further up the road (5 minutes by car). ## Transit 20 minutes from the train station and 50 minutes from the airport.
