My apartment features an open plan living & kitchen area with large sash windows letting in plenty of light. The lounge area has a 2 seater sofa, coffee table, feature fireplace & TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime. The kitchen has an oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The cosy double bedroom also has a feature fireplace, double bed, chest of draws and built in wardrobe. The shower room is located off of the bedroom. The flat is in a residents parking permit scheme, permits are available to purchase for £5 per day per car. We have updated our cleaning procedures to ensure our guests' safety during the Covid-19 outbreak. Our housekeepers have PPE, keep all windows open while they are there and take extra care to ensure all frequently touched areas, such as doorknobs and light switches, are sanitised. Also, where possible, we keep 24 hour gaps between bookings to further minimise any risk.
