## Space Welcome to our home, Beautifully furnished, this stunning duplex is equipped with all the mod-cons you'll need for the perfect stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. - Open-planned and newly furnished, the apartment comes with air-conditioning as well as heating. - In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix access. - The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including, but not limited to, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, an oven, and a stovetop. - Both bedrooms are located on the mezzanine. In each room, you'll find a double bed fitted with hotel-quality linens, to ensure your comfort, along with a drawer for your belongings. - Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. Have a lovely stay. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The flat is located in a quiet building, and though it is near high street, it doesn't get noisy here. With lots of amenities and convenience stores around, it really is the perfect place to relax and re-charge while exploring Birmingham. ## Transit The West Bromwich Central Tram Stop and Bus Station is only roughly a 4 minute walk away, so travelling around is a breeze. If you're driving, you can park your car at Farley centre charity car park by the gym. If you rather take a taxi, here are some numbers you could call. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
