It is attached to the owners’ home but retains its independence and privacy. It has a quirky layout; the entrance feeds into a small utility area, whilst steepish stairs lead up to the accommodation, all on first floor level. Step into the living room with its large vaulted ceiling eaves; this room also has a kingsize bed tucked under the eaves with a privacy curtain. There is a further bedroom with 4ft double. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a modern day shower room, complete with toilet and hand basin. Outside is the garden with its own seating area, and there is shared access to 54 acres of parkland and a large fishing pond, so be sure to bring your fishing rod. Bressingham Steam and gardens is a 9-minute drive, and Wroxham, capital of the Norfolk Broads, is 35 miles. The historic market town of Bury St Edmunds is 19 miles.
