Villa Roc is a modern holiday home with a private pool located in the medieval town of Roc. The holiday house offers accommodation for 5 people. It consists of a private pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and covered terrace. The house has an area of 100 m2. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. An extra 5 beds are in the living room on the sofa. Bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary cooking appliances, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, there is also a dining room. The living room has a seating area near the fireplace, satellite TV. The garden offers furniture, barbecue facilities, deck chairs and a swimming pool. The house is air conditioned, pets are allowed (max. 1), parking is available on the property. Villa Roč provides peace and privacy in its private garden where there is also a swimming pool. The villa is ideal for families with children. You only need a few minutes walk to the nearest shop and restaurant. Guests pay a deposit on site to the host in the amount of EUR 150 which is refundable if there is no damage to the accommodation unit and equipment. Covid measures: Furniture, kitchen and toilet and other surfaces are cleaned with detergent and disinfected with alcohol. Guests have no contact with neighbors and hosts. The host will do his best for a safe stay, he will put a hand sanitizer in the villa. The hosts are aware of the new working conditions at the time of the corona virus and will do everything to ensure that guests spend the entire stay with minimal contact with other people. Departure of guests is until 10 am and arrival at 15.00 at the earliest. Before arrival, our staff will give you all the instructions on how to quickly and safely get to Villa Roc and get the key to the house.
