This fully serviced home offers guests a double bed in two of the bedrooms, and a double convertible sofa-bed in the living room. The beds also come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There's also a washer dryer available should you need it. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Guests can enjoy their stay with 1000mb complimentarily WiFi and complimentary Netflix. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The property is situated just a stone's throw away from Leeds city centre which makes it an ideal location for guests who want to explore and get the most out of what Leeds has to offer. Leeds City Centre is forever expanding with tonnes of new bars, shops, eateries and eclectic pop up events making Leeds an even bigger destination. Leeds is home to a range of restaurants and cafes serving up delicious cuisines from all around the world. Head to Bundobust for some authentic street food, Fazenda for their Brazilian meat, and Pieminister for a good old serving of Yorkshire grub. Alternatively head to Call Lane; its many bars span the whole street with Jakes Bar, Norman Bar, Oporto, Neon Cactus, Revolution, and Backroom taking its fair share of the crowd. For something different, head to the newly opened Headrow House for music, food, art, and an epic rooftop hangout. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
