## Space The 14m2 studio has a 140x200 double bed, an equipped kitchen for simple meals (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer. We provide sheets and towels to lighten your luggage. Have a nice stay! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire studio ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Known as the historic cradle of the Bordeaux wines, the Chartrons district extends from the Public Garden to the docks, passing by the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame district. Located on the banks of the Garonne River, the area still boasts memories of its maritime past, fed by the Bordeaux wine expedition. You can stroll around to enjoy the lively streets and many antique shops or stop for lunch in one of its many restaurants that abound on the pavements. ## Transit Tram C/D is 4 minutes from the studio and will take you through the historical to the Saint Jean train station. By car, you can park on the street (with fees) or at the Cité Mondiale underground parking. ## Notes There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
