## Space We welcome you in this flat so that professionals and tourists can spend a peaceful stay with all the necessary comfort. You will also be able to enjoy the lively life of the Croix-Rousse district just a few minutes away on foot while staying in a calm environment. The flat is 56m2 and welcomes you in a friendly and warm space, so you will not be cramped whether you are 2 or 4. It is composed of two large bedrooms with large storage cupboards. Ironing facilities (iron, ironing board) and a washing machine are available. In the living room, there is a sofa with a dining table for 4 people. The open kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster.... The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a towel dryer and storage space. You will have sheets, towels, soap, some coffee capsules and tea. We do not provide washing machine products. Please note that the cleaning fee includes cleaning at the end of your stay, linen and towels and a concierge service. Gros Cailloux Garden offers city rooftop panoramas. Former weaving workshops now house bohemian, al fresco wine bars and classic bouchon bistros serving hearty Lyonnais dishes. The streets come to life after dark, when young crowds pour into music bars and late-night clubs. ## Transit Bus C13 et C5 à quelques minutes à pied. ## Notes Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
