## Space Welcome to our home! A simple yet beautiful flat with all you'll need for a comfortable stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. - The home is located on the street level, with tinted windows for privacy. - A spacious living room that gets lots of sunlight with beautiful hardwood flooring. Here, you'll find a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and the entrace to the beautiful outdoor seating. - A fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including, but not limited to, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, an oven and a stovetop. - 2 bedrooms, both with Queen-sized beds fitted with quality linens to ensure your comfort. - 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, and an attached shower, and another with a lovely walk-in shower. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. Have a lovely stay. Please note: you will not have access to the mailbox, and are not allowed to have anything delivered to the property address during your stay. Apologies for the inconvenience. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Perfectly located in Zone 1, just minutes from trendy Maltby Market, fashionable Bermondsey Street, Tower Bridge and all the sights in Central London. Excellent transport connections with London Bridge tube station a few minutes walk away and regular buses with several routes across the city. ## Transit Travelling around London from my flat is a breeze. The London Bridge train and tube station is 7-12 mins walk (depending on how fast you walk). From here, it's a direct line to Thameslink trains, which runs directly to Gatwick and Luton from the station ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Please note the key pick up and drop off location is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the property. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
