The boat ramp is located just minutes away! The House - Relax on the deck, with panoramic ocean views right down the coast! This contemporary beach house is perfect for 2 - 3 families with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living areas on both levels. The downstairs area also has a kitchenette/bar area and a ping pong table - great retreat for the kids! Laundry facilities are located downstairs for your use; washing machine, iron/ironing board and a drying rack. Coffee Machine is K-Fee & please use only compatible Expressi pods, This property is pet friendly, however all pets must be approved at the time of booking and must remain outside at all times. Additional cleaning charges will apply if pets are found to be inside. This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. We entered the beautiful two storey house and had our breaths already taken away by the amazing view of the ocean. There was ample space with the 5 bedrooms, wonderful decked areas both upstairs and downstairs, and the lovely games area with a ping pong table had us occupied all weekend. The recently renovated kitchen had a pleasant contemporary look as we prepared our breakfast and lunches to be feasted out on the decks overlooking the pristine views of the horizon.
