## Space Welcome to our home! Recently renovated, our home is unique with its' lovely outdoor seating area and "hidden" front door. Carefully furnished in a luxurious and modern style our home is fully equipped with all you'll need for a comfortable stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. - Outside the seating area next to the garden and the driveway is stylish and cosy. - An EV charger is installed at the driveway. - Throughout the home, you'll find beautiful hardwood flooring. - The living room, cosy and chic, is next to the sliding doors. Lift up the blinds and you'll fill the home with sunlight. Here, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV as well as dining table that sits 4. - The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including, but not limited to, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, an oven and a stovetop. - A bedroom, with a King-sized bed is fitted with quality linens to ensure your comfort. - A bathroom, with a bath, and an attached shower. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. Have a lovely stay. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood A quiet and lovely neighbourhood, with families and children. ## Transit 2 minutes to Cannon Hill Common or Morden Park. 5 minutes to Merton Registry Office for weddings. 5 min drive to Wimbledon, Raynes Park and Morden stations. Bus stop at end of the road. ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
