Three large bedrooms with one double bed each plus one huge master bedroom with one double bed and two single beds (it sleeps 10 people but we accept maximum 8 guests). A hill over Aegean Sea, with a stunning view and one of the best sunsets. Scattered in the area are villas, each in its own private 4000 square meters land. Quiet area, without restaurants, bars and noise. -The villa is 10 minutes drive from the port (Korissia), where are most of the restaurants, bars, supermarkets of the island. -The villa is 6 minutes drive from Xyla, one of the best organised beaches of Kea. -The road from the port is a dirt road (very easy to drive but without asphalt), and so are many roads in Kea, leading to the best beaches of the island. As a result, it is advisable to rent a suv car (eg jeep). -The housekeeper comes every three days to take care of the pool and the garden. -The cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the house and change towels / bed linen. -For any emergency, the housekeeper is at your disposal We're managing over 250 properties and are here to make your stay unforgettable!
