## Space Welcome to my home! Large lawn with tennis court, football and basketball fields. Children's playground, swimming pool for babies and adults. This apartment can sleep up to 5 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. The apartment also includes a beautiful terrace, where guests can sunbathe or enjoy outdoors meals. The bedrooms contain a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! ## Access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood 400 m from Marbelo and Madalena beaches. Beaches with walkways, bike path and surfing. Vila Nova de Gaia is an amazing city to explore, with many attractions to discover. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well! ## Transit The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. ## Notes - Always leave the laundry windows open to facilitate the circulation of gas (mandatory); - Do not use the exhaust (the building has automatic exhaust); - Swimming pool and lawn cannot be used at night (due to noise); - Only 6 people are allowed in the pool, per apartment. It is not allowed to bring people who are not included in the reservation; Prior to your check-in, we will send you keys for collection and check-in options. Please note that face-to-face check-in with the Concierge costs €10, depending on availability. NOTE: There is a zero tolerance smoking policy at the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (eg smell of smoke, ash, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
