The building is located in the heart of the neighborhood, close to a wide variety of restaurants, shops and markets. The accommodations offer 3 bedrooms, two of which are suites, one of which has a queen size bed, television and built-in closets to accommodate your belongings. The second suite has two single beds arranged in bunk beds and, finally, the third bedroom has a double bed. All rooms are air conditioned with air conditioning, we provide standard hotel bed linen and 1 bath towel kit per guest. It has an integrated living room with a dining area and an American-style kitchen. Screened porch with private barbecue. The kitchen is complete, with a good variety of utensils and appliances to prepare meals without having to leave the place.
