It provides easy access to both Northern Virginia and the Washington DC Metro Area, without all of the hustle and bustle of the city. If you forgot to pack any essentials, don't worry, we have a CVS convenience store down the street. Our neighborhood has plenty of dining, grocery, and entertainment options nearby, so you won’t have to travel very far to find what you’re looking for. Some of the local favorite dining spots are Fat City Kitchen, Van Dorn Diner, and Fratelli Italian Restaurant. For those looking to enjoy an adventurous day be sure to check out Sportrock Climbing Center less than 2 miles away. For any local travel needs outside of Alexandria, our community gives you convenient access to the I-395. Other Things to Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device. As a friendly reminder, smoking in your unit, common areas, or on any of the apartment grounds is strictly prohibited; doing so may result in an inability for us to continue hosting you along with an additional cleaning fee of $250. Early check-in and late check outs may be available by request and upon availability. Please contact our guest services team to see if we will be able to accommodate your request at a rate of $5 per hour for early check in and $15 per hour for late check-out. All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of up to $250 for incidentals and damage protection.
