## Space The house is located 7 min by car to the city center of Esposende, 35 min to the airport, 50 min to downtown Porto and 45 min to Gerês National Park. Other historical cities nearby include Guimarães (European Capital of Culture 2012), Braga and Viana do Castelo, all reached under 60 min. The house is equipped so that you can fully enjoy it (free WiFi, equipped kitchen towels and bed linen provided, etc.) ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
