Outdoor area with garden furniture to enjoy the good weather. The house has a fabulous garden plenty of grass and lots of tress and mediterranean plants with magnificent views of the Sierra Nevada. A 9.5x5 meter pool and an area with barbecue and wood oven. The interior is distributed over two floors, on the first floor we have a living-dining room with views of the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an adapted bathroom. The upper floor has 4 double bedrooms, all of them with ensuite bathroom. * It has a totally independent apartment for 2 extra people *, consisting of living room-kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. Due to its passive construction, it does not let the cold pass in winter and is protected from radiation and heat in summer. Its environment makes it a perfect house to disconnect and enjoy the nature, gastronomy and customs of the villages of the Lecrín Valley. Private pool open in the summer months (ask for opening and closing dates). We supply firewood in the winter months, not included in the rental price.
