Nestled amongst 2.5 acres with established trees and gardens this is a perfect country getaway located only 3 minutes from Delacombe Town Centre, which has all amenities, shopping & entertainment. The home has been restored to its former 1973 glory. The beautiful scenery from every window is breath taking! This home has 3 good sized bedrooms. The queen bedroom has an ensuite (no toilet). The living area has a wood fire heater and the formal living area has a split system with heating and airconditioning. The formal lounge area has a library nook, with old time books to read from. The dining space has a table that can sit 10 people. The kitchen has a two wall ovens, microwave and all tea & coffee amenities. Linen and towels are provided. There is a fire pit in the yard for your enjoyment. This home was built in 1973, the architecture of this property would be 70's meets rustic country house. The leadlight in the bathrooms, toilet and skylights truly reflects the 70's creativity! You will never find a home like this one, it embraces its time and vision of the homebuilder & is a very comfortable home to families. Please be mindful there are no fences at the front of the home, please supervise children and animals, at the front of the property. Every bedroom has an oil heater. A few minutes down the road is the rail trail, which you can walk or take your bikes for a nice scenic day. We are available at anytime, either a call or a text. The neighbourhood is surrounded by homes on acerage Please do not drive on the acerage, only park in the driveway The property does not have fencing at front of the home, you will need to supervise children and animals at the front of the home, but there is plenty of land to play in the back yard.
